Tom Cruise was seen filming stunts for his upcoming movie Mission: Impossible 7 on the roof of a moving train in Norway. The actor, 58, is reprising his role as Ethan Hunt – an agent of the Impossible Missions force – for the seventh movie in the Mission: Impossible franchise.
The movie is set to drop next year and Tom has been busy filming, now production has picked up again, after being halted back in February due to the coronavirus pandemic.
He has headed to Norway to do so and surprised one eager fan, as they spotted the movie star filming a stunt for the film on the roof of a moving train.
Tom was all dressed in black and was seen grinning as he spotted the fan filming them from a car below, with the fan later sharing the video to TikTok.
They’re heard laughing and shouting at Tom to grab his attention, with the Top Gun star cheekily waving back at them as the train zooms past.
Tom was joined by several crew members and their cameras on top of the train and didn’t look fazed as he prepared to get the stunt underway.
He is known for getting stuck in when it comes to performing his own stunts in the Mission: Impossible movies and Tom was seen filming another daring stunt where he was suspended in the air to film a scuffle on the train roof last month.
Tom has also been spotted leaping from a motorbike in mid-air while shooting, as well as expertly landing a helicopter.
He and the staff working on Mission: Impossible 7 have relocated to Norway for filming, with the Golden Globe winner revealing recently that he was ‘excited’ to get back to Norway, calling it a ‘gorgeous country’.
Cast and crew involved were said to have been tested twice for coronavirus within 48 hours of touching down in Norway, with daily health checks in place as production continues.
It was also previously reported that Tom had rented two huge cruise ships in the country to act as hotels for staff working on the film.
Reports claimed Tom had paid around half-a-million pounds for the ships in order to keep the production crew safe and prevent any further delays to filming, with sources saying: ‘Tom is determined not to see anymore hold-ups.
